In 2019 I walked 860 kilometres alone across Spain. No shortcuts. No one to carry it for me. Just one step, then the next, for 37 days. That walk did not create my resilience. It revealed it.

I have spent 35 years in personal development and 23 years in leadership development working with people who feel they have outgrown their old life but are not yet sure who they are becoming. I know this space because I have lived it.

The women I work with did everything right. The career. The leadership roles. The decades of contribution. And still woke up one day wondering who they were outside of it. This work exists for them.
