    digital products are final sale (this does not limit your ACL rights if a file is defective).

7) Shipping & Delivery (Physical Items)

  • We ship from Australia to domestic and selected international locations.
  • Dispatch timeframes are shown on product/checkout; delays (peak periods, carriers) can occur.
  • Risk of loss passes on delivery to your provided address—please check details carefully.
