It’s a Powerful Journey to Find Yourself Again.
Have you ever woken up one day and realised that life doesn’t look the way you thought it would? Maybe circumstances shifted. Maybe a relationship ended, a job was lost, or the version of yourself you once knew feels like a stranger. For many of us, there comes a time when we feel stuck — unsure of who we are or how to move forward and have to find yourself again.
But here’s the truth: being stuck doesn’t mean you’re broken. It’s simply a signal that it’s time to realign, rebuild, and choose a stronger version of yourself.
That’s the theme of my latest podcast episode, From Stuck to Strong: How to Find Yourself Again — and today I want to share some key takeaways with you.
Why “Finding Yourself” Matters
Life will never be exactly the same after big changes — and it’s not supposed to be. The goal isn’t to go back to who you once were, but to become the version of yourself you’ve been searching for.
When you begin the journey of rediscovery, you open the door to:
-
- Clarity about what truly matters to you.
-
- Confidence to make choices that support your growth.
-
- Momentum to keep moving, even when it feels difficult.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress. Every step you take, no matter how small, is a sign of strength.
What To Do When You Don’t Know Where to Start
When you’re lost, the hardest part can be deciding where to begin. Here are a few starting points I share on the podcast:
✨ Reflect on your story – Instead of asking “what went wrong?” ask “what have I learned?” Reflection helps you see growth you might have overlooked.
✨ Reconnect with your values – Who do you want to become? What do you want your life to feel like?
✨ Take small daily actions – Progress isn’t found in one big leap. It’s built in consistent choices — reading, journaling, walking, or simply pausing to breathe.
The Baby Steps Analogy
Think back to when a baby learns to walk. The people around them never doubt it will happen. Even after falls, stumbles, and wobbles — they cheer, encourage, and believe.
The same is true for you. Even if you can’t yet see the path, you must believe it’s possible. When you feel frustrated, pause and reflect on where you began. Are you truly stuck, or have you already made progress you haven’t acknowledged?
Handling Setbacks
Setbacks will happen. You’ll fall into old habits, feel resistance, or lose momentum. That doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
The key is not to berate yourself with harsh language or self-blame. Instead, ask:
-
- Was this fear showing up as an excuse?
-
- Did I simply fall back into an old habit?
-
- What can I learn so I choose differently next time?
Growth is about awareness. Each time you realign, you build resilience.
Building Momentum
The more you take intentional action, the easier it becomes to keep going. Celebrate your progress along the way — not with perfection, but with recognition of how far you’ve come.
Remember, transformation doesn’t happen in a single moment. It happens in the daily choices that align with the person you’re becoming.

You Don’t Have to Do This Alone
Finding yourself isn’t a one-time decision. It’s a process of consistent growth, reflection, and courage. And sometimes, it helps to have someone walk beside you.
That’s why I work with women who are ready to move from stuck to strong. Together, we create a clear, practical pathway forward — one that honours your story while shaping the future you want.

Final Thought: You are not lost. You are simply in the process of becoming. Every step, no matter how shaky, is progress. Believe in yourself the way others once believed in you — and keep walking toward the life you were always meant to live.
