Emotional Resilience – one’s ability to adapt to stressful situations or in times of crises, and what we are all going through now is very challenging and sometimes very overwhelming. Not knowing when this will end or how we will recover brings about many more difficulties. In times such as these we need to build our emotional resilience and help others build theirs.
